Premium Deeper Shampoo

Step 1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2. Lather into the scalp and hair, and gently massage.

Step 3. Wait 10 minutes to absorb natural ingredients into scalp.

Step 4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Premium Deeper Hair Pack

Step 1. Towel dry hair.

Step 2. Apply appropriate amount on wet hair and gently blow dry.

Step 3. Apply additionally for more damaged areas.

Step 1. Towel dry hair.

Step 2. Apply thin layer throughout hair.

Step 3. For additional shine and conditioning, apply from end of the hair to roots.

Lediffer Shampoo Brush

Step 1. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2. Lather into scalp and hair and gently massage.

Step 3. Massage scalp from left to right with brush, lift hair with hands and massage from up to down direction.

Step 4. After massaging thoroughly, rinse the shampoo completely.

Q. Can I change the product after payment?

A. You cannot change the product options after payment. Please cancel the order and order a new one.

Q. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Cancellation is not possible once your order changes to [Preparing shipment] status.

Q.1.  Is it a mildly acidic shampoo?

A1. It is a mildly acidic product made with naturally derived cleaning ingredients.

Mildly acidic product with a PH balance of 4.0~5.0, healthiest range for hair. It does not irritate the scalp and hair and uses mild, naturally derived, and amino acid-based cleansing ingredients.

Q2. Is it okay to not rinse off the shampoo immediately and let it absorb?

A2. Unlike typical shampoos that are rinsed off immediately, Lediffer Deeper Shampoo is made with over 89%

of natural and naturally derived ingredients, effective for sensitive skin and damaged hair.

We recommend leaving it on for about 5-10 minutes to allow the high concentration of natural effective ingredients to be absorbed. You may also wear a hair cap for about 10-20 minutes.

Q3. Is it okay for children and pregnant women to use this product?

A3. It is suitable for children aged 3 and above. If you are a pregnant woman concerned about using this product during important period, please check the full list of ingredients and consult with a medical specialist before use, as certain ingredients may not be suitable for everyone.

Q4. The shampoo doesn't lather well. Why is that?

A4. Unlike typical shampoos, you may notice less lather during the first 1-2 weeks of use. As you continue to use it, you will likely see an increase in lather.  We recommend using a shampoo brush for more effective care.

Q5. Is it okay to use the hair pack on the scalp?

A5. While it's safe for the scalp, this product is primarily designed for moisturizing and nourishing the hair. We recommend allowing it to absorb mainly into your hair.

Q6. Is hair oil sticky?

A6.  Despite being an oil, it has a light and watery texture without leaving stickiness.

Q7. What is the capacity?

A7.  Shampoo 310ml,  Hair pack 150ml, Hair oil 100ml

Q8. I would like to know the usage order.

A8.  Rinse the shampoo thoroughly, then towel dry. Apply the hair pack while the hair is still wet. Lastly apply a thin layer of hair oil evenly throughout.

You can apply the hair pack on dry hair, but it absorbs better when applied to wet hair.

Q9.  Is it necessary for the hair to be wet when using the hair pack and oil?

A9.  The hair pack and oil can be used on either wet or dry hair. The reason we recommend using them on wet hair is to help open the cuticles, allowing for better absorption of nutrients into the hair strands. You can apply it multiple times a day depending on your hair condition.

Q10. I'd like to know the expiration date.

A10.  Expiration date is indicated on the bottom of the product. The product is usable for 36 months from the date of manufacture, and for 12 months after opening.

Q11. Do you have an offline store?

A11. In late June 2024, you can purchase our products offline at the BeClean store located on the B2 floor of Hyundai Department Store Mokdong. We also plan to open stores in The Hyundai Seoul and Galleria Department Store later.
